I am at the start of your videos, in the quickstart section. My thought was something was skipped over that needed to be done first. The fix was to create a copy of the preview, and then apply the process to the copy. After doing this a few times …

I have the latest version with all of the updates. I have cycled through three different versions with the same problem. Not a good start for trying to learn PI from this video.
