I restarted PixInsight this morning and the script are all present. Not sure what was wrong.

I went in and manually checked CFA for the Flats and that didn't work so I tried again and in addition to checking CFA on the flats I also changed the Mosaic Pattern from Auto to RGGB on the calibration tab and then it worked fine. The images were f…

Also If I click on the Flats line and then manually check CFA Images it will let me run WBPP but I get the error shown in the attached file.
