PSF images hidden after Use PSF Image Creator.

Hi Adam,
I am working on deconvolution of my IC434 image, and watching Fundamentals Workflow Video M51 on deconvolution. I tried the PSF Image Creator script, but my PSF image just flashed on screen and disappeared. This does not seem normal. I tried several times with different settings. Please advise.
In View Selector at bottom of screen, I can see the list of the PSF models. I click on them and they flash and disappear. I don't need them, and want to delete them. How can I do that if I cannot get them to show up?
I saved my project, and all the PSF names of the images show up in the list.

After my no success with PSF Image Creator, I switched to the manual method of picking stars in Dynamic PSF. Seems OK.
I just want to get rid of the old ones in the list.

Thanks,
    Roger

  • Sounds like one of those graphic issues. The short answer is I do not know.
You can try to close all top-level windows...and then cascade and see if that does anything.

  • Adam,
I will put my question in the PI forum, which is probably where I should have put it.
    Thanks,

  • Hi,
I found the missing PSF views. They were off screen. Once I scrolled down, there they were. Sometimes the PI main screen gets bigger than the full window size and has a scroll bar on right side..

  • Yes...true enough.
You can also "lose" things by placing (or misplacing them) on multiple Workspaces.
