PCC with local data

I downloaded the aspass and gedr-3 files according to FastTrack but when I tried to use PCC it still connected and downloaded from the Internet.  I tried again after disconnecting from the Internet and it failed.  Did I miss a step?

    Hi Allen,

    When you loaded the files... did you "install" them like I did by pressing the round "global" execute button?
    This is found in the GAIA and APASS processes.
