In the current form (both on my old and upcoming new site) there are still are no built in captions.
This has always been a desire for me to accommodate in some way...
1. The "solution" at the moment is to download the videos (I will happily turn on this feature for you). Then you would run the video through a free software such as "Memo" (http://Memo.ac ). This will add captions..in any language. It will even add a voice in those languages! Pretty amazing. However, it is an extra step you would have to do.
2. There is a small chance that my method of delivering videos will change. I am using Amazon services and with other delivery methods- CC is possible on the fly. However... this is not currently what I have. I am looking into this with a consultant. This method comes with a different business model..so I need to really be careful about the pros/cons.
