Strange background values

edited April 19 in PixInsight
I noticed a brighter spot in my images. Maybe caused by the flats, my camera (asi294MM pro) is known to be picky. So i take flats with a dimmable panel, a minimum of 5 seconds each with matching dark-flats.

But when measuring the lighter and darker regions i noticed very little difference; 0.0368 vs 0.0366. And a lot of spots even showed the same values. The center of the galaxy shows 0.0718, max value of the whole image is 0.825

To me the difference between the bright spot and the 'good' background seems very small, and maybe pixisight has to strecht the image so much that these small differences are blown up?

Image aquisition:
Asi294MM pro camera with Astrodon E series LRGB filters. F5 refractor (115/630mm). 7,5 hours for each filter
