I attached an image that can help describe what im trying to accomplish. Either way, ive gone through the fast track training and some of the other videos that were recommended. I practiced with the supplied data and now my own data. What i keep coming up against are those donuts (or something else?). The flats fall within the range needed when I use ATS. Im also calibrating with a "dark flat" that has the same shutter time as the flat. Is there something I should look into in regard to the way im calibrating or capturing? I went through the forum and tried to find a similar example, but im not really getting anywhere.
I was able to process the spots our, but i feel like it was at a sacrifice of the image... i attached a post process example.
Any help is great and i really appreciate all the time spent putting together this content! Its been a very challenging, but practical to follow experience.

So if im understanding this, taking flats before or after each session and then properly grouping them in WBPP should help solve the issue.
Thanks again for all you do.
