Master Process List for Linear vs Stretched?

As I'm going through the tutorials, it is apparent that some process need to be done either before or after permanently stretching the data.  Is there some kind of master list somewhere that outlines what processes need Linear Data, which need Stretched data, and which can work with either?

    There are some rules (like deconvolution before noise reduction). 
    And others that are optimal in certain situations. Some processes are applied both on linear or stretched and depending the order changes! 

    There isn't master list- but it is variable a bit.

    However, my point is... do not think of the list. 

    Why do you do deconvolution before noise reduction or stretching images?
    You see my approach? If you can answer this question, you do not need a master list. 
    You know the rule inherently.
    (The answer is because deconvolution and stretching relies on measuring stars (PSFs) in the image and noise reduction and stretching changes them.) 

    Nosie reduction works with both Linear and Non-linear data... deconvolution only linear.

    LOL.  OK, I think the question may have been a bit ahead of my understanding.  I haven't even gotten to videos on Deconvolution yet (I'm going through DBE, SPCC, and Gradient Correction now).  I'll wait another 40 sections or so and ask again if I'm still not getting it.

    BUT... please do watch the latest videos I have uploaded! I do think they address some of this information immediately. I have done my best to update FastTrack Training. I am currently expanding it by adding a mono example as well.

    I'll go back and see if you've added anything to FastTrack since I watched it (about 6 weeks ago).  I've learned enough to be dangerous so what I'm doing at the moment is using my own data (an image of M13 shot with my Club's imaging setup) and working my way through a processing it using your 2024 M83 processing as a kind of guide but watching all of the in-depth videos on a subject before I actually fully take a step.  I did a lot of what I'm doing now with the sample data in the FastTrack training, but I didn't really experiment much at that time.  I'm taking the time now to really play with each step to see what the differences are (for example, I ended up running WBPP several times with different settings and different Cosmetic Corrections to see what effect they had on some camera defects).  I'm not in a hurry to produce a masterpiece that will hang on my wall.  I'm still very much in the learning and question asking phase.

    I appreciate the time you spend with use not only in the videos but also on this forum.
