WBPP and Master Darks

Adam I have a question; When using the WBPP and master darks (I don't save the originals), should I still enable "calibrate master darks" when calibrating / integrating images.

    Yes.
    Just don't touch that g#$%#! check box. It sure confuses people. 
    Your master dark has the bias. 
    So WBPP will calibrate the master dark on the fly when it needs to .
