Comparing stacks SNR

Hi,

I'm tried different methods of stacking, changing algorithms, excluding some frames etc.
What would be the best way to compare SNR?

There are 2 scripts in PI, NoiseEvaluation and NoiseEvaluation (CFA Bayer).
Which one should be used on stacked OSC image?

And there are 2 numbers, noise and count(%).
Smaller numbers means better SNR or worse?

Thanks Adam

I've loaded 3 different stacks into SubframeSelector. (not sure if that makes sense to compare SNR this way?)

Image 1: All 3 sessions stacked in WBPP in PI 1.8.9
Image 2: All 3 sessions stacked in WBPP in PI 1.9.1 (16 frames rejected by WBPP)
Image 3: 2 sessions stacked in WBPP in PI 1.9.1 (no frames rejected)

Is it safe to assume Image 2 is best? It seems to be in the best spot on the graph if I look at PSF SNR and other options.

Although the SNR value in the column is smaller than the one of Image 1, so I'm confused which image has best SNR
