If you are talking about the extra small spikes- this is because you have a minor turned down edge (TDE). This can be minimized/fixed with a mask of the primary mirror. It appears very minor to me.
If you are talking about the small wiggle of the left spike- this is because there is a change in thickness of one of the vanes. Typically this is because of the cable/wire that runs across the vane to the secondary mirror (for some reason).
Rafael, you did not indicate what precisely the "weird" element was in the image. I am just making my best guess. I do not see a collimation issue in this image. I would appreciate if you get back to me and let me know I am correct.
