Looking at the dates of the posts on this site it appears that this forum is no longer active.
Would you please send me a link to where you field support questions from your subscribers

    I suspect you are not looking at the 'Recent Discussions'... 
    I am answering questions from members almost every moment of the day. I just completed an answer before getting to yours. I believe if you click on "PixInsight" you will also see all of the recent questions and answers.

    Let me know where the confusion is.
