Crop in NB

Hi Adam,
Why did you not crop the images before you processed them?

    I usually crop images towards the end of processing. The reason is because if I want to incorporate other images from the data set- they will be dissimilar in size and I will need to take time to crop them as well.
    There are a few processing where edge garbage matter- but I typically do no use them (or use them in a way where the edges are not an issue).
