Rejection of Ha Frames on Subframe weighting

When weighting the frames, does Pixinsight uses the best subframe of each individual filter as a reference, or  just one global reference? I noticed that a lot fainter Ha frames where rejected when my minimum weight was 0.3. So I suspect they were compared with a much brighter LRGB reference frame. Is it the case?

    The quality of frames (weight measures) are definitely per filter and not global.

    Ok! Any way to define a minimum weight per filter?

    Not really... basically you need to decide on a general threshold (regardless of the filter).
