Project file not loading.
I have a project I have been working on and saving every few hours. Yesterday I stopped working on it to upgrade to 1.8.9-2 build 1601 2024-03-01.
I continued to work this project with the new build. I saved it and the file system (MAC) shows the last time I saved the project as this afternoon. I came back this evening and now when I try to load the project, I get. ***Error: XML project file not found in project bundle: /Volumes/Astro01/evscope/ic342/ic342_02292024.pxiproject. I do see that the save-project dialog has a check box for bundled. I never noticed that before. What happens if that is not checked when you save your project?
I've tried various ways to open this project. No Joy. Other projects open ok. This project is the first project saved with the new build. I did create a new project today called emptyProject, saved it and later opened it. So something about how I saved this one project is bad.
I can start over. Any ideas on how to recover this project and all my work? I have all the raw data.
