Please note WBPP would also not allow enabling Drizzle. It said "not compatible (Superpixel Debayer)"
·WBPP
oLoad data (+ Directory to the downloaded file "C2010 A1 Leonard"
oLight Tab
§Selected frame 084 as the “Reference” frame.
§Went to the Registration Reference Image box and turn on “Manual” and enter Reference frame 084. I ran WBPP twice: Once clicking on and highlighting the frame in the WBPP list (screen shot), and a second timeentering the folder directly from the downloaded data file (screen shot).
§In the CFA dialog box checked CFA images and enter “RGGB” into Mosaic pattern dropdown
§Turn on:
·Subframe Weighting
·Image Registration
·Astronomic Solution
·Local Normalization
·Image Integration
§Entered Output directory with the downloaded data "C2010 A1 Leonard"
§WBPP did not allow Drizzle to be entered. It said "not compatible (SuperPixel) debayer"
§Run and exit
When WBPP reached Astronomic solution the Image Solver came up with the data shown on the screen shot entered. I let it run a few times and then cancelled out and WBPP ran most of the program and once again brought up Image solver near the end. Again I let it run a few times and cancelled out. WBPP completed the run.
BUT...I would like to say that the "superpixel" error really gave it away.
This is because I know exactly what superpixel means/does in PI. I explain this concept in my WBPP material. For 99% of people this information would not be important since they are not going to use it...and likely these 99% feel this information is unnecessary to know. (The kind way of saying I explain too much information... )
But here we are, even though I do not use it... it helped solve a problem!
It did solve my problem and I’m appreciative and you do not explain too much! Knowing something about the nuts and bolts helps in deciding what bottoms to push, sliders to slide, and blanks to fill.
