Registration failing on Red images

Hello, I have made several attempts to register my M51 images in WBPP and my reds keep failing (5 out of 6 fail). And I cannot figure out why. They look good to me in blink. Since I do not have 3 registered images, PI will not integrate them. Is there a common cause for this? Anything I can do to remedy? Or, do I simply need to reacquire red data?

    Never mind. I zoomed in closer and it appears that the focus drifted slightly during my red sequence, I will just reacquire.

    Good for you to zoom in. I highlight this as one of the many ways to diagnose images. Too many people see an error...see the zoomed out image that at first glance looks "OK"...but go no further. I hope this is a good learning situation!
