Mosaic in WBPP

I tried a 2 panel mosaic in wbpp and it did not work too well.  I don't seem to be able to find my error in this.  I love wbpp though.  My other question is when loading the flat darks (shooting narrowband) wbpp shows that the oiii (which is 3.98secs) and the ha is 10.91 secs, which is correct but it states that there is no matching dark for the oiii flat.  I then separated the flat darks by an exposure difference of 6 secs which showed a matching dark to the flat.  This is correct is it not?  Thanks anyway.

    Hi Joe,

With regards to your first question...I do not know what it is! (you did not ask one)
Please share your WBPP configuration. Did you remember to register by keyword?
Use the diagnostics button to generate the screenshots in one click.

Concerning the dark frames for your flats- there is an exposure tolerance setting for darks (darks panel). The default value is 10 seconds. I assume this is what you adjusted. You said your "separated" the darks...  if so, then yes this is correct.

  • Imagine that it was operator error. ;)  I went and put PANEL as a keyword for Post and it worked.  What would you suggest as a good workflow for post WBPP for narrowband images?  Thanks and be safe.
  • Hi Joe,

That information is in Horizons. Please see here (and specifically the NarrowBand section) for content that I currently have:
