Fixing Scattered Light with NSG

Hi Adam,
I recently saw the video "Fixing Scattered Light with NSG".

There is only one thing is not clear to me: before performing the normalize scale gradient, should I perform linear fit of the color channel on the luminance?

    No! That is the point. NSG does this calculation very well. It will model the background of the target frame to match the reference frame!

    I only demonstrate Linear Fit i the beginning to show it works... sort of. But the NSG method is superior.
