Basic Workflow

This topic is probably covered somewhere, but I have not been able to find it. I am looking for a basic workflow. I use WBPP and have reasonably good success with it. Just wondering what the block, post integration work flow is. For instance Background Extraction is next I think and a there are two tools for that. Would be so nice if the Process were in more of a workflow sequence rather than alphabetical, but that's just me.

I am sure there is a post or a video that covers this somewhere, can anyone point me in the right direction?

    FastTrack Training is a workflow.
    FastTrack Training with WBPP is the full version.
    The workflows as demonstrated in the Workflow examples are all good as well.
    (NGC 1333 is the most recent).

    Have you had a chance to watch these?

    I have been through the FastTrack Training, took tons of notes, but it seems something new and shinny comes out every week. I really need to make the upgrade to Fundamentals.

    Ah... so I think the answer is yes, Fundamentals. 
    FastTrack is only the tip of the iceberg... a very modest beginning.
