Fujifilm X-T5 X-Trans Filter Array

I am just starting my adventures in astrophotography and will be using my Fujifilm X-T5 mounted on a RedCat to begin. I don't have PixInsight yet and have not had a chance to play around with it but I have gone through the FastTrack training videos. In the Debayer section, there is a dropdown list of all the Bayer filter array configurations but my X-T5 has what Fuji calls an X-Trans which is very appears very different from the Bayer filter. Is there a way to deal with this in PixInsight?

I believe PixInsight support this..but I do not have experience with it.

I know there was an issue with the focus sensor pixels (or something) as well as a central square pattern.
