WBPP - Producing Master Calibrations only

So, I am being a little lazy in that I need to watch the updates on WBPP but....

Can I use WBPP to produce my master calibration files only - i.e. master bias and master darks - for my CCD camera.

I'm sure I've done this in prior versions, but there is no "None" option in the rejection algorithm so I have it set to Auto.

I have Image integration ticked, and have the script set for maximum speed (i.e. no local normalization).

I am seeing very small differences between the master bias created in WBPP, and manually using ImageIntegration - differences of 0.000002 from original values of 0.005. I guess these are not statistically significant...

I seem to have forgotten everything over summer...!!!

Do I even need to worry?

You are being a little unfair. :)

So yes, you can produce master calibration files only. Just load the raw calibration files and go.

There is NO difference between the creation of master files when done manually compared to WBPP.

I demonstrate this in the manual section- the values will be exactly equal. If you are getting differences, it is because the configuration/parameters are not the same. I also have a section that discusses this.
