WBPP calibration frames automatically assigning a master frame

Hey there,
I've been doing the fasttrack training, which has been great! In step 5 in WBPP, we learn how to load all the different frames, which worked as expected. However, when I tried to add my own flats/darks/biases for a different project, it appears that it has assigned one of each of them as a master file, and therefore the flats will not use the biases to calibrate them. This does not happen with my light frames. Are you aware of why this may be happening. I use an ASIair pro for image acquisition if that's relevant.

  • Hi David,

The default functionality of WBPP is to assign a file as a master if it is found in the header OR the path name.
If one of your folders has the word "master" in it... WBPP will assume all calibration files in the folder are masters. You can turn off the functionality in the Global Options.

If this does not answer your question... you will need to post some screen shots of your WBPP screens and your compute file listings of the files you selected.
