Given the date, (October), and sky location, (if I am orienting myself correctly), would this be the Pleiades and Orion's bright stars in the early morning sky?
If my understanding is not correct, what are the outliers in the chart?
The exposures that are taken for each measurement are only 30 seconds or so in length. Any transient thing (satellite, airplane, lights from vehicle at the observatory) might "contaminate" the measurement at that sky position.
