Hi Adam,

I wanted to watch this section today but it has been quite a pain... video stops almost every 2-3 seconds, buffers, then plays for a few seconds and stops again. Pausing and waiting for the buffer to fill  doesn't help either. Could you please have your tech people check this one ?

    Hi Sedat,

    I sent your observations on. Thank you. A couple of things- I have worked with several other customers on some of these issues. A combination of either moving the slider forward in time (letting it play) and moving it back can sometimes "fix" it or simply reloading the page can work as well. Just as a point of reference (which will not help you)- it does play smoothly on my end. So there is something about the streaming that can be variable.

    I am pretty certain none of these issues are really buffering issues. It is something about tiny interrupts of the stream. By restarting the stream... it can sometimes be fine. So please don't wait around for it to "buffer" - this hasn't worked for anyone. 

    I am working with them to either finally fix this or perhaps use a different player of some sort (which I think is part of the problem). I am also working towards making an option for the downloading of videos a possibility as well. 

    Bottom line, please try again and fiddle with the video a little... let me know if you have luck.

    Adam I checked again but part 1 is still the same. Part 2 plays ok without any additional effort from me. Just so you know.
