    No he doesn't ... 
    He, Ron and Peter messed up and "accidentally" used my moniker for a workshop a little while ago.
    They apologized to me and said going forward they would not use the name.

    If you know something I do not know...let me know.

    There is speaker at next year's AIC conference who is also using a moniker I created and have used for a decade. I do think I have a small amount of influence...even if it is subconscious. lol

    In today's world it is not easy. For future, you can easily trademark any brand you create, and copyright your videos.
    My story....
    About 15 years ago I developed MP3 sunglasses similar to Oakley's, but my own design. I paid a company in China to do the 3D CAD, make the PCB, tool the plastic parts and make the production. He did a nice job, but he made 2 sets tooling. One for me, and one for himself!  I made one production order to Europe for 5,000 pieces. And I refused to do any more business with him. So I sold no more. Even more sadly he did not think he did anything wrong.
    Just my old, and now just entertaining story.
