Was it the purpose of the measurement entry in the pipeline?  I ran a CMOS Telescope Live data set though it and that step alone took 28 minutes, longer than the rest of the prrocessing put together.  I thought my computer had crashed.

The measurements do the PSF fitting /photometry and ultimately become the weighting scheme for the data.
