WBPP issue

I ran WBPP and got failures to calibrate flat frames. It seems that the darks are integrated but then when the masterDark is called to be used to calibrate the flat fields I get this message in the log: Error: Not a monolithic XISF file. But WBPP generates this masterDark XISF file so what is the problem? Thanks!

Andrew,

Based on the comments of others... in all cases the issue is that the file is corrupt. This appears to be an issue on your side with the computer. You might want to regenerate the troubled master dark.

I found the problem.  Not sure if others have experienced this but I was reading and writing files to/from an external 1TB memory stick and there seems to be issues with this in that some output files are corrupted and some are not even written.  When I moved all data files to the computer's internal hard drive the problem went away and WBPP ran fine.
