Didnt want to start another thread but following the WBPP calibrate only video when I look at the calibration diagram for master flats I get this which does not use darks to get a calibrated flat, anyone else seen this?
Got it now, I had run it once so it had already created the masters, thanks for your patience. I am having trouble to understand how to use the linear symmetries in DBE. In fundamentals there is a fantastic description of how to use the radial symmetry, could you possibly add the H, V and D symmetries to the video? here is my headache integrated image. I got a reasonably flat field using brute force but I think that my answer may lay in using linear symmetries in a creative way?
