Unable to download Aladin Sky Atlas to Mac

I have a Mac laptop (OS Ventura 13.0.1) and when I try to open the Aladin Sky Atlas I get an error message that the file is "damaged and can't be opened". I've tried the two workarounds described in the Aladin FAQ (I entered the command "xattr -d..." into the Terminal and in Security and Privacy set Allow Application from Anywhere) without any luck. I would appreciate you help.

    I had forgotten to address this with you in our off-line conversation.... I am not certain what is the fix.
