Hello,

I'm having an issue with DBE. I used DBE after WBPP and continued on with my project. Later after several other processes I'm trying to run new instance of DBE on a starless image and I get "The view is being used by an active dynamic interface (DynamicBackgroundExtraction)." I only get this error when dropping the "new instance" on my starless image. When I hit the green checkmark "Execute" it runs but the result is crazy horrible.

I tried restarting PI and went through an hit the red X on the prior DBE and same thing. I attached my process icons and the results after I run DBE with "Execute."

My guess is I'm not understanding? I'm still learning PI so please keep it stupid simple haha.

Hi ,

I am sorry, there is an issue- but I cannot figure it out. You will need to provide screenshots of the desktop as you perform these actions (or record yourself doing it). 

To me, this sounds like you have your process icon (which you are trying to use) A N D you also have the DBE process open on your desktop as well. This is the KISS answer... but without more information I cannot say. 

(If what I say is true, it means in your process icon you have "Replace Target Image" checked)
