James Webb image -- horizontal lines, large squares

It's easier to see this pattern in the image than it is to describe it. My question is, can I find a video in Fundamentals that will help me eliminate it? The image is the first quadrant of a download of a James Webb image of Stephan's Quintet from mast.stsci. The original image is 714 MB, so I took the screen shot, which is still half a megabyte. I want to compose three of these images. Another one has a more linear band.

I may have found a partial answer to my own question. The download from MAST comes with several ancillary files with each image. I read something that suggested tossing them, so I did, but one might be able to use them to subtract the noise.
