Hi Adam,
This question/issue is with respect to RGB image.
After using masked stretch, I've noticed that the bigger brighter stars have a defined circular structure whereas before masked stretch the star seems ok. See screenshot.
- Is this expected result masked stretch or not?
- If not then what would be the best way to preserve the "natural" shape via Masked stretch
I do realise I'm viewing this particular star @ 1:1 or 2:1, but am just curious about the result.
If I manually stretch it via STF>Histogram Transformation then the star shape is retained, though I do like the result of the masked stretch but not the effect it has on the bigger and brighther stars.

RGB_Clone - After Masked Stretch
