WBPP not recognising file or folder path name

Hello Adam!

I am trying to add 4 nights on the WBPP (full updated Pi). I am reviewing your video, especially the video about how powerful is to work with folder or path names.

The problem is that it doesn't recognise anything other than values from the Fits Header. 

You can see on the pic that the keywords are DAY1, DAY2 and I have both keywords in filenames MasterFlat_DAY1 , MasterFlat_DAY2 etc.

Am I missing something? Do you know if anything changed since your video?

I do not think you want to put the word "Master" in the path name. 

You can name the Folders "Day_1" and "Day_2"  . You put the flats and the lights into the corresponding folder. Your keyword would be "Day"  .Is this what you mean?

Ooook, now I see it... Oh God...

If you take a closer look, my folders are "DAY1", "DAY2" etc. When I rename them to "DAY_1", "DAY_2" it works. So the algorithm is not able to recognise only a part of the text, it needs something that shows exactly the specific text value that we are looking for.

Yes... a Keyword and its Value need to be separated by a known character... I believe "-" and "_" are the obvious ones. (I can't remember if there are others). These are called "stop" characters because that say when to stop reading...
