Using Pixelmath to maintain history on an image

Hi Adam,
I have been unsuccessfully looking for the portion of one of your videos where you had done some operations on a clone of any image and then used pixel math to copy the operations (or the image) into the original image maintaining the history.
So if you could advise that video name, or tell me the pixel math expression I would greatly appreciate it.

  • I don't think I have a particular video- but many videos where I do the thing.
If I understand your question, you simply put the name of the image into Pixel Math... and replace whatever image you want to overwrite with this image's pixels. Generallly, you do this with a mask in place on the target image so that you are only writing pixels to a certain part of the resulting creation.
