Activate video preview

Is there a way to activate a video preview? If I put my cursor on the progress bar at the bottom of the video, it would show a small popup of where the video is. It would be easier to scan the video to get to the point of interest. Thanks...

    Yeah...that is a good idea. 
    I do not think this can be done on my site as a streaming video.
    You can, of course, download the videos if you get the download feature- and do this on your machine using your favorite video player.
