Calibrating Ha data

New to Pixinsight and part way through 'Fundamentals' including the new M51 workflow.  So far have just used WBPP to calibrate only LRGB data and then used Star Alignment and Image Integration.  All straightforward. I have tried to do the same with Ha data but find WBPP does not recognise the files  - what do I need to do?  I would add that I am not the brightest at understanding some of the underlying principles so may be asking a rather naive question.  I have tried to find a thread on this but haven't been able to do so.  I do recall a brief reference to working with Ha on one of Adam's videos but haven't found anything yet.
