Colour Management Setup
in PixInsight
I am working my way through the official notes for this and struggling to understand what to do, can anyone help?

I find my prints are always very dark compared to what I see on the display so am trying to fix it - my workflow starts with Pixinsight and finishes with priinting from Affinity. So at this stage I am just trying to get Pixinsight setup correctly.
My display has been ICC calibrated using Spyder X and I have the profile assigned in Windows.
Pixinsight picks up my display ICC profile in ColourManagementSetup / Monitor Profile which looks fine.
I am not sure what should be used in the Default Profiles for RGB and Grayscale. Should I use the sRGB profile or my display ICC profile, or something else?
Same question for the Colour Proofing Profile?
