registration issue perhaps

hello. Not a newbie but not a lot of experience. I'm having an issue that I haven't gotten around. My registered images are rotated and I can't seem to figure it out. I blinked all of my subframes, calibrated _c and cosmetically corrected _cc frames and they are all of the same basic field. I blink the registered _r image and it is rotated about 45 degrees. I'm going to try to re-register the files manually to see where I went wrong. All the subs look like this photo.
Thanks in advance,
Jim Gianoulakis

  • For the sake of learning... since you asked the question- please do describe what the problem was and what was the solution.
    Thanks,

  • Sure. I image remotely and evidently had rotated my camera unknowingly, captured some rotated frames, didn't notice. Pixinsight selected a rotated image as a reference which I also didn't notice and I was confused until delving in deeper. I excluded those images. I think I  could have included them with a different reference frame. Good learning moment.
