XML Project file Not found

I am so disappointed!!!  I watched a couple of your videos this morning, quit the Pixinsight and came back to it this evening and now I am getting this message ...
Loading project:

C:/Users/wdhen/Documents/PI Files/Fast Track Training.pxiproject

<* failed *>

*** Error: XML project file not found in project bundle: C:/Users/wdhen/Documents/PI Files/Fast Track Training.pxiproject

I am not sure what happened and was hoping you might be able to provide some insight.  I have tried to search for the file, looked in the trash but to no avail.  Any idea what might have happened or how I might be able to recover the session?  I was all the way through StarX and was going for the final wrap up.

    HI Wayne,

    I can't help directly... but I do have a suggestion.
    There is a wonderful search utility called "Everything" (yes..that is the name). It is quite amazing.
    I highly recommend it!
    It is free... and let me repeat... astonishingly good.

    Thank you sir!  It will probably do me good to go back through and  do the exercises again.  I have a tendency to forget things quickly. ;^)
