Offset setting!

Hi, how would I set the correct offset in Pixinsight.
My camera is a zwo 2600 mc. Anyone advise please.

    Do you mean calibration Pedestal for narrowband images?
    If so, this is automatic in WBPP. 
    If you mean an Offeset for a camera- you do not do this in PI- you do this using the software that communicates to the camera.
