Use iPad offline

I purchased the offline right click access to the training videos.  I am trying to upload a video, but all I can get is a text file with tables of content.

I do not know about IPAD...but to download a video you need to start playing it. Then you should be able to right click on it and see an option to download it. Is this what you are doing?

I started the video and then right clicked, which for iPad is a tap and hold. I get several options, none of which download the video. I paid the $20 for the access.

Do you actually have the storage space on the IPAD anyway? (the 4K videos are large)

You may need to download the videos from a non-IPAD device and transfer them.

Alternatively I will refund the $20. Just let me know.
