DBE is a model that truly changes values of an image (in each of the color channels).
This is a effectively a non-linear adjustment- which I would not want to perform before
color calibration. When I identify a method of removing the color bias and neutralizing the sky color (by drawing a preview)- this is an offset value that is applied globally. It adds or subtracts a single constant value from each color channel. The remaining color variation (assuming it is not the the nebula) in the sky is what DBE needs to take care of. So FIRST neutralize sky linearly THEN DBE. Not the other way around.
