System quality information

So if this has been covered before, my apologies for not finding or seeing it.

My question is this, after collecting and processing a image session's subs in PI, is there a way to perhaps find out the low and high quality of the night's data in terms of FWHM? 

I would like to get a good idea of my imaging system's capabilities in terms of FWHM, perhaps even in resolving magnitude limit. I this is highly dependent on seeing conditions. I hope to find the BEST numbers my system can give on the BEST of seeing conditions. its capabilities.
