Is not yet sharp

Hi,
I purchased the licence from you and am quite satisfied.
However, some things are not working.
E.g. I can't get this one really sharp despite the extras that,I bought like

NoiseXterminator
StarXterminator
BlurXterminator
Can you check whether this is due to more data?

Sorry... I am not certain I understand. I do not sell "licenses" . Are you talking licenses to Russ Croman's software?

If you are talking about BlurXTerminator- yes, if you do not have enough signal it will not sharpen. This is good since you do not want to make images more noisy.
