Lately, your videos are having trouble getting started.  Similar to issues several years ago.

    I think this is the nature of the Amazon edge servers. Once more people start watching them- they will live on more servers and will be delivered more effectively to widely separated locations. 
    (I am assuming you are having issues watching new videos?)

    The right click access feature to download videos is still the best alternative as far as I can tell. 
    At the moment, yours is the first complaint...I will keep an eye on it.
