ImageSolver - Which Value is Forced?

I'm going through the new LRGB process on some images that I took back in March. At the point in the WBPP steps, in Astrometric Solution where you "force values," what value(s) is(are) forced? I put in both the FL of my scope and the pixel size. When browsing through the log file, I noticed that the pixel size remained what I set but the FL changed (not by much - 3.51 mm). Going back into WBPP, I noticed the same change (although rounded up).

Reading the pop-up help for "force values," I am well within the 50% of the value but I was just curious about what actually is forced.

The forcing is only for the input (if I understand the question). When you look at the log you are looking at the results of a successful (calculated) plate solution. This is the output and indeed it will show you the new actual focal length as derived from the image.
