custom filter setup tutorial?

Can someone point me to an Adam Block tutorial that can show me how to create a custom narrowband filter that will pass Ha and OIII (5nm) for insertion into Pixinsight

I am flattered that you think I have covered *everything*. LOL

I do touch in this in my SPCC video... but now there is a separate means of making custom filter profiles.
