I use sub directories to seperate different light frame sessions.
i.e
M3
DEC_2023
( zero files)
JAN_2024
(20 files)
I was adding light frames to WBPP with two values in the Group Keywork list.
DEC and JAN
When WBPP added the 20 JAN files and found no files with DEC in the path so it the script then looked up DEC in the FITTS header of the files seperated the files by DEC. Which in my case with slightly different due to dithering.
I ahve been using Grouping keyword for jsut the file path but turns out it can be used to group based on any attribute in the FITTS header too.
Maybe something like FOCPOS as you see in the third screenshot.
More powerful than I thought. But it did confuse me for a while.
I thought I would share with this group.
