I just got an answer from John. Just so you and others know, it is a current bug he is working on. After so many files are entered, it will crash and shut PI down.
I ran it a fourth time but it gave me an error before shutting down...........
There is nothing strange about the 100th frame as they all looked the same when I blinked them. The error is saying insufficient resources but not sure why that is the c…
Looking forward to it. I collected 1.5 hrs of data under thin clouds in B7 skies and did my best with what I had to work with using the traditional method. Still not good as the core is bright but no tail to speak of. Also, Since I do not have th…
John just addressed my questions on another site.......... I was trying to open the files through PI and not Windows Explorer. I was also trying to save the files as jpeg instead of as .xisf files. Once I found everything in Windows Explorer and s…
ok- 4 screen shots
The first 2 show how I set things up and got the image. The third should be the file location but it is empty. The last SS compares what I produced on the left vs. that same file that I saved to reopen later.

Thanks for the feedback, Jeff.
A few folks I know have been tinkering with this script, with mixed results, in my opinion. Hopefully, Adam will weigh in on this topic.
ahh....I never would have figured that out!
Attached was the file path with "new data" in it
When I simply put those data into the other folders containing the 100 gain files, it worked.
Thanks, Adam. I would have been pulling the rest of my hai…
I am back to this problem again. I captured data both at a gain of 100 and 300. I have darks, flats, and dark flats at both gains. The fits of all the file types all show gain as 100 or 300 as expected. Yet, when I place them in WBPP and use GAI…
Here is a screen shot of my master dark which I just noticed a gradient. I do not see this gradient from my other camera on another scope. So, perhaps this is the cause of the problem.
